STREAMTIME SETUP, ONBOARDING + OPTIMISATION

Training is designed to ensure your team is confident, capable, and aligned in how they use Streamtime within your studio. Rather than generic onboarding, sessions are tailored to your specific workflows, project types, and team structure.

This includes initial setup and configuration, guided onboarding, and hands-on training using real projects. The focus is on making Streamtime practical and relevant — helping your team understand not just how the platform works, but how it supports their day-to-day responsibilities.

We also refine existing setups where needed, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or underutilised features, and bringing everything back into alignment.

The outcome is a system that is understood, adopted, and used consistently — improving visibility, communication, and overall project flow across the studio.

It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions, sense-check your thinking, and get an initial perspective on where there may be opportunities for improvement.
